Clamp

The parts for clamp manufacturing;

V (clamp lower part): 31Mn4 raw material which is used for lower part of clamp is produced as vacuum degassed billets in our own steel plant. We use these billets in our rolling mill to produce round bars with hot rolling process. These round bars are forged by 6000 ton capacity presses and become the lower part (V) of the clamp. With the flexibility of our own melting shop, production of custom specified grades are also possible.

Flat (clamp upper part): 31Mn4 raw material which is used for upper part of clamp is produced as vacuum degassed billets in our own steel plant. We use these billets in our rolling mill to produce flat bars with hot rolling process. These flat bars are forged by presses and become the upper part of the clamp. With the flexibility of our own melting shop, production of custom specified grades are also possible.

The grades of the bolts which are used for the clamps are 8.8 or 10.9 according to customer request and the grades of nuts are 8 or 10 grade according to customer request. Bolts and nuts are produced from quenched and tempered steel grades and also with the flexibility of our own melting shop, production of custom specified grades are possible.

Clamps are very important components for the yielding support system to work properly. We realize our production in top level quality by being aware of this important role of Clamps.
