Quailty Assurance and Control Department performs dimensional, surface and chemical checks as a receiving inspection for all raw material before production process.

Process Control

Quailty Assurance and Control Department inspects process and product characteristics as an independent body for all process steps according to requirements of National and/or International Standards / AD 2000 W0 / PED (2014/68/EU) / CPR (305/2011/EU) / Rules for Class Societies and/or Customer Special Requirements.

Laboratory

Chemical, mechanical and metallographic tests are carried out with periodically calibrated test devices in our laboratory. Test results shown EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 test certificates are available in Turkish/English/German languages.
